Kineo

Kineo is a wellness brand created by the husband and wife team Forest and Rachelle Gagne. They have facilitated healing modalities in the wellness world for over a decade and started Kineo in their home state of Maine last year to honor its history of strength and perseverance. Through Kineo, they created the guided journal, Embody the Sacred. They’ve recently launched virtual workshops and 1:1 intensives to share tools of guidance in navigating this modern world full of stimulation. Their passion is guiding those who don’t know where to begin in their journey to the version of them they’re proud to show up as.
