New publications about interactions between cardiovascular, respiratory, muscular, and immune systems, thermoregulation, and general metabolism show us the way to influence on as many systems as possible at one time. Regular intense physical exercise can help us influence our systems to take a positive shift for our physiology. Immersion in water, and even more so in salty float water, is the counterbalance to intense exercises.
